It is so amazing to finally see a movie where the producer, the director, the script writer, the actor, everyone's a woman. And Aisha is one film which is meant more for women than men, it seems. For it is being called one of the newest trends in Bollywood, the Chick Flick.

The film which has been produced by Rhea Kapoor, the youngest Bollywood producer till date at the ripe age of 23 has told the media that this film is all about women's empowerment and how they can change lives. Women actually are clearer and more focused in thinking than men and this is one of the primary reasons why Aisha has a virtually all-women team.

Sonam added that she felt empowered to be a part of a team which was so concentrically woman-oriented and at the same time the sex issue never really cropped up on the sets. The director, Rajshree Ojha was satisfied with the final deal and the film had a perfect time shooting.

The film was a passionate outcome from the women who made it, the director acknowledged. Sonam added that she was happy to work with the other women, Ira Dubey, Lisa Haydon and Amrita Puri, who had supported her immensely through the film.
