With the reentrance of Shah Rukh Khan as the indomitable Don, it looks like crime does pay big time when it is played by a big name like the man who can make evil look sexy. Don 2 consists of a plot which can be crumbled with your fingers and a story which has got a tale to tell which is not just juvenile but often irritatingly boring. However, it still manages to keep you hooked. Why' Because of the star who plays the role of the Don so well. SRK is simply a man who cannot be resisted and he plays his role to the hilt, making sure all eyes are at him.

Farhan Akhtar however seems to have lost his touch. His camera is quite boring a lot of times, and he seems to have dragged the story on for more than what was needed. Furthermore, you would be slightly taken aback by the way the story loses pace often and there are escape scenes and strange developments which come totally out of place. And Don being who he is, a crime lord and a drug lord, gets away all the time, which just irritates the hell out of a lot of people.
