Salman Khan apparently would be not working with Shah Rukh Khan any more. Though the two had been friends in the past and they have done several films together as well, a couple of years back the two were involved in a public mudslinging which resulted into the duo not be together anymore. Salman told the media at the sets of ETC Bollywood Business that he does not talk to Shah Rukh Khan any more, because they had some misunderstandings with each other. He also said that in future there was no chance of the two coming back together to do a film.

Apparently in July 2008 Salman and Shah Rukh had an argument at Katrina Kaif's birthday party.

Salman now does not think that he can be friends with SRK anymore. He has found new friends in Aamir Khan with whom he co-starred in several films including Andaaz Apna Apna which later on became a cult television comedy classic. Salman claimed that he did not miss the friendship of Shah Rukh Khan. He also said that he was quite happy with his own life and was looking forward to promoting a film like Dabangg which is his next big release.
