It seems Kavya Madhavan is coming around to file a divorce finally. When she initially returned to India after her separation with Nishchal Chandran, we all knew that sooner or later she would be leaving the Kuwait based banker Nischal. And it looks like Kavya has finally submitted the divorce papers at the Ernakulam family court recently.

Now the actress admitted that she had been working steadily after her marriage dissolved and she is finally back to doing films again. She did Pappi Appacha with the prolific comic superstar Dileep and it was a major hit. And it looks like she is back again with a new array of movies. She is at present doing the films steadily to be back into the race to the top in the film industry.

Kavya had several problems with her husband and in-laws after she married him in 2009 she had some major differences with them and as a result she decided to come out of the marriage. At present she has quite a few different projects in hand. Kavya is also in the new Mohanlal film which is a multi-starrer. The new film would be releasing soon after the shoot is over.
