Well, Mohanlal seems to be in one multi starrer after the other. As his films Casanova and Christian Brothers are hitting the theaters in a few months, he is looking forward to do more movies which would be in the same theme. And with this wish he has signed up for a new film which would be quite unlike the family dramas that Mohanlal generally prefers. This new movie would be directed by Rafi and Mecartin and it would be a different kind of film from the duo?s earlier ventures.

The new film would feature Dileep, Jayaram and Mohanlal in key roles. The name of the film has been decided to be China Town. The film would also feature Kavya Madhavan who has returned to Mollywood and is here to stay now. The film would be a thriller, and it would also feature two more heroines in key roles. It would be distributed by Max Lab.

Going under the banner of Aashirvad Cinema, this movie would be produced by Antony Perumbavoor and it would be shot in locations like Pondicherry, Goa and Cochin. The film would be a very different fare from the usual Mohanlal films.
