In the last year, the film shifted the first schedule at least thrice, and the film had always deferred the shoot in the end. That was indeed frustrating for people who were eagerly waiting for him to begin the film. Meanwhile, the cast and crew of the movie also did another movie, which became quite the hit at that time. Roshan Andrews and Mohanlal seemed to be completely nonchalant about Casanova, which was scheduled to be shot in 2007.

Starring Lakshmi Rai and Sameera Reddy, the film is indeed a huge one that would be shot completely abroad, in Bangkok, Dubai and parts of Malayasia. And it looks like the film will finally take off now. The film is an Ashirvad Release, and it has been scripted by the duo Sanjay-Bobby. The film is supposed to finish shoot by October and would probably be Mohanlal's Christmas gift to his fans.
