One of the things that seem to drag Mollywood down is the lack of a good script which makes many a good films look like a dud. This is one such case where the drama seems to be taken from a 1980's film script and thus begins the tale of a young man who decides to stay illegally in Spain, then work in a restaurant for a while before somehow ending up in the house of an ex-diplomat who seems to do nothing more than get drunk. Enter beautiful daughter and immediately our hero, Dileep falls in love with the girl and vice versa.

However, like all movies, this story has a villain too, in the quite unbelievable form of Kunchako Boban. What induced the producer and director to have him as a villain is quite unanswerable, however, the story then moves on the lines of a much-travelled narrative and ends on an obvious note which irritates most of the audience.

What does not help is a heroine who has less expressions than a rubber doll. It is clear she cannot understand much of what is going on. Dileep tries his best to make do with the script while Kunchako just looks cute with his beard. Avoidable at best!
