Senior actor Sreenivasan was recently seen at the preview of the movie Aatmakatha which would be premiering very soon at theaters around the town. He commented at the press meet that he really did not like that there was a serious lack of producers who had an iota of creativity in them. He also accused film stars of being greedy for money and not look at good acting parts.

While commenting at the preview at Kochi, the senior actor of Mollywood also said that at present a lot of stars are there in Mollywood who would waiting around to get a 9th film become a hit, though their previous 8 has failed at the box. And he also did not approve of all the producers who chased commercially successful stars, totally ignoring the fact that they might not be the most suitable one for the film.

Sreenivasan paid respect to veteran producers of the past like Hari Pothen and MO Joseph who were great producers to take Malayalam filmmaking to new levels and he compared them to the commercial potboiler making producers who are hell-bent on making the same story repeat itself over and over again.
