Between the three of them, it looks like Yakshiyum Njanum is the clear winner when it comes to the Onam thrills and chills. Though other films are waiting in the doorstep to release soon, it looks like the box office collection for this lovely little horror story is the best among the three. And the credit goes mostly to the director of the film Vinayan who has been really happy with the sales of ticket and the way the audience has taken to the movie.

Of course, compared to the dismal movies like Pattinte Palazhi which was a definite set down and a totally boring flick in all with exceptionally predictable moments this movie does have its advantages. And the film also has overtaken the serious Aatmakatha which was far too unhappy to make any real impact on the audience who thought it was too filled up with doom and gloom. They all expected the film Yakshiyum Njanum to do well and it did, to no one?s surprise. The tale of the ghost girl who is in love with the hero is definitely the hit of the moment, and it is supposed to remain so unless some better movie takes over, like maybe Dileep's new movie which would be releasing soon.
