On Saturday, the 21st August, the new film Chikku Bhukku featuring Arya and Shriya Saran in the lead made its audio launch at Chennai's Express Avenue Mall. The event was attended by the lead stars of the film who were excited about the movie. the director, K Manigandan, the music directors of the movie Hariharan and Leslie Lewis of the Colonial Cousins were present for the event.

The film music launch featured two songs from the film, of which one was Lavanya and Benny Dayal's Zara, Zara, which has already become a hit and is steadily climbing the charts. The song features Arya and Shriya in it. And the other surprise was a trailer from the movie which appeared on screen after the music launch was done. Both Arya and Shreya answered questions and talked to the fans.

Chikku Bhukku is a sweet story of love in a travelling background. The film begins at London and ends in South India, and it revolves around a journey of love. The film is being produced by Mediaone Global Entertainment and it would be releasing this October after the post production formalities of the film are all officially over.
