Mahesh Babu proved once again after Dookudu that he is a fantastic actor and a strong player who can ensure that the audience stays glued to their chairs through the long narrative of this film. Puri Jagannadh has made sure that Mahesh Babu plays the role of a powerful don and we anticipate a film which is filled with drama, action and adventure.

The story begins in Mumbai where a young man decides to go beyond his own personal means and become a dreaded don who would be feared by all. He decides to begin his venture by making a young girl fall for him (played by Kajal Agarwal) knowing all the time that she is the daughter of the Police Commissioner. When he finally reaches his destination and becomes a feared and powerful underworld criminal then begins the real drama.

The film has got minimum interruption from small nuances like comedy and there is not much scope for romance, as Kajal Agarwal cannot stand up to the glorious performance of Mahesh Babu. However she is a nice foil for him and provides some great moments in the film. The dialogues and actions are great and though predictable in parts the film is great entertainment all the same.
