She first began her film career with her first release of Telugu movie Bendu Apparao R.M.P, though the film she first worked on was called Krishnaleelai, which was a Tamil movie that was delayed in its release. In 2010 she made her mark with the film Yakshiyum Njanum and then she got the chance to work with Boopathy Pandian in the film Kaadhal Solla Vandhen, which was a box office failure, and then she got quite a few impressive offers, including several Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam movies.
